Our mission

Helping women turn possibility into progress.

As the community resource hub of the P.A.T.H.S. Workforce Initiative, The Opportunity Center removes barriers between women and meaningful employment. We meet each participant where she is, offer practical guidance, and connect her with the people and resources that can help her move forward.

Teens entering the workforce, recent graduates, career changers, and women returning to work are all welcome.

How the referral process works.

A referral should feel like an open door. Our process is personal, respectful, and easy to begin.

  1. 1

    Start with a conversation

Participants may reach out directly. Community partners may also refer someone with her permission.

  2. 2

    Share the basics

Send a name, preferred contact method, and the type of support requested. Sensitive details are not needed.

  3. 3

    Receive a welcome call

Our team will connect with the participant, answer questions, and arrange a time to begin.

  4. 4

    Build a personal pathway

Together, we identify goals and match the participant with the most helpful services and resources.
